Copyright & Fairuse - MBillings & LQuilter PicturesCopyright and Fair Use are hot topics today with recent court cases in the news.  It’s also a topic that brings feelings of confusion and frustration over what we can and can’t do in a digital age.    Please join us with your questions and concerns for a presentation and discussion by Marilyn Billings and Laura Quilter from UMass Amherst Libraries about scholarly communication and open education, as well as fair use interpretations of course materials, electronic reserves, streaming videos, and what you can include in myCourses.

Free Superseded Charts and Maps

Paige Gibbs, our map librarian, is offering free superseded charts and maps. Please help yourself to the free maps, which are located in a bin beside the map cabinets adjacent to Group Study Room 311 on the third floor of the library.

Please re-roll any charts you decide not to take and place them in the bin for others. Thank you!
