A short while after announcing $55 million in funding for a new academic building at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, Governor Deval Patrick visited campus and took a tour of the newly renovated Claire T. Carney Library. Governor Patrick toured the library with UMass Dartmouth Chancellor Divina Grossman, Library Dean Terrance Burton, and U.S. Rep. Bill Keating, along with other university officials and elected leaders.
